products on FabiLive. You’ll need to provide product details, weight,
and your location for accurate delivery calculation.
How is delivery cost calculated?
Delivery fees depend on:

* Distance/service area between seller and buyer

How do I buy from multiple sellers?
When you check out, FabiLive automatically calculates the delivery fee
based on the weight and distance of each seller’s location to your
address. If you buy from multiple sellers, the system combines and
adjusts the delivery cost for you.
How do I create an account?
Download the FabiLive mobile app (available on Android and iOS) or sign
up through our website (www.fabilive.com) and select your country. Fill
in your details, get verified, and you’re ready to start.

Currently, FabiLive operates in Cameroon and Tanzania, with plans to expand into more countries.

If I become a seller/vendor or a delivery agent, how do I get paid?
For Sellers/Vendors:
Payments are processed directly to
the mobile money account or bank account details you will provide upon a
withdrawal request. Payouts are usually made within 12–24 hours,
maximum, on request.Â
For Delivery Agents:
Delivery
agents earn per delivery based on distance and weight. Your earnings
are credited to your FabiLive agent wallet, and you can withdraw anytime
to your mobile money or bank account.

What type of products are allowed on FabiLive?

Delivery agents can register directly on the FabiLive platform or by downloading the "FabiLive Delivery" app
on iOS or Android. Once approved, you’ll start receiving orders in your
city. With the app, all transactions are seamless, and agents earn per
delivery based on distance and weight.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes! You can track your order status in real-time from the app or website, from “Order Confirmed” to “Delivered.”
